Data Processing
Our people can handle anything. From importing lists from a variety of data sources to keying in data from directories. We will clean, CASS Certify, remove duplicates, and move update your lists. Then we will process them for the best postage savings possible.

Inkjet Addressing
We have multiple inkjet systems with several different configurations which allow us apply addresses to almost anything. With these various systems we can also add return addresses or a special message to your mail piece at the same time.

Inserting
Each of our inserting machines is capable of inserting up to 6 pieces at a time. With our machines we can handle from a # 7 envelope up to a 9 X 12 envelope.

Onsite Post Office
After processing your project to get you the best postage rates possible, your mail will be checked by our onsite Postal employee, loaded directly onto a USPS truck, and taken directly to the local Sectional Center Facility. The local Post Office is skipped entirely and your mail is on its way more quickly.

Personalized Letters
We currently print over 2,000,000 personalized laser letters per year for our customers. Our high speed printers are capable of printing over 12,000 cut sheet letters per hour.

Tabbing
The Post Office loves things in envelopes. However for marketing purposes, many of us do not want to use an envelope and prefer a self-mailer. Most self-mailers with a fold in them will require tabs to hold them closed. Our state of the art tabbers allow us to meet every possible configuration required by the Post Office quickly and cost effectively.

Poly Bagging
Sometimes your mailpiece needs to be seen and protected. That beautiful drawing on the cover does not belong in an envelope, and you do not want to take a chance that it will be smudged (or worse) during postal processing. Polybagging is the answer. Our polybagging equipment can handle up to 4 inserts at a time.
