About New England Professional Systems

New England Professional Systems, Inc. was founded by Bob Ross in 1979 in the basement of his home. By 1989 the business had outgrown his house and the business was moved to its current location at 390 Hopping Brook Road in Holliston Massachusetts. The business is family owned and operated.

Bill Miller and June Ross Miller joined the business in 1991. Bill has his Master's Degree in Paper Chemistry and had been working as Director of Customer Technical Service for a division of James River Corporation in Northern New Hampshire. June, who is a Doctor of Optometry, sold her private practice to join the company.

In 1999 NEPS had outgrown the original 6,000 square foot building so an additional 10,000 square feet were added to the building. Our growth continues today.

We are a full service mailhouse and we can handle a wide variety of direct mail projects. Clients range from the neighborhood painter to billion dollar companies.
