File conversion
NEPS can take almost any file format and convert it into a CASS certified mailing list that will save you money. Our preferred formats for files include Excel, ASCII delimited, and dbase. Contact us for more information.
File generation/MaintenanceHave you ever thought about doing some direct mail advertising, and the only list you have is a shoebox full of hand written leads. At NEPS we have software that allows us to not only set up your database, but also to have multiple people entering data at the same time into your file. We can even set the software to detect duplicates when each record is entered. If you already have your list established, we can store it on our server and make changes/deletes at your direction. Zip+4 & Merge/Purge
At NEPS we have two mailing software programs. Both have their strengths and weaknesses. Depending on your needs, we will use one, the other, or both to get the most records possible to Zip + 4 encode to get the maximum possible postage discount.
Both programs also allow us some flexibility on merging and purging duplicates from a single file or from multiple files. We have several different methods for detecting duplicates. We can suppress customer names from rented lists. Contact us for more information.
Ink Jet Addressing
At NEPS we have several state of the art ink jet addressing systems. These allow us to apply high quality addresses using the font you request. Our systems can spray onto almost any substrate you may provide. We use both water based and non-water based inks. Some specialty coatings may make ink jet addressing impossible. Pressure Sensitive LabelingWhen you have materials that have a dark background, are coated with varnish or UV based materials, then pressure sensitive labels may be the answer. NEPS can print out the labels and apply them by machine to your mailer. Contact us for more information. |

Personalized Laser Letters
Sometimes you want your message to be a personal invitation to a customer or potential customer to take action with your company. NEPS has multiple sheet fed laser printers that can produce your personalized documents quickly and efficiently. Contact us for more information.
Inserting
At NEPS we have the ability to insert up to 6 pieces at a time by machine. Our inserters can take envelopes from a size 7 (3.75” X 6.75”) up to a 10” X 13” booklet. Some envelopes can not be done on a machine. Those include catalog style, wedding invitation, Tyvek type envelopes. In those cases NEPS has the ability to collate and insert materials in our bindery by hand. Contact us for more information.
Postage Stamping
Sometimes you want your mail to have a more personalized look on the outside of the package. At NEPS our solution to that problem is to apply a postage stamp directly onto your mail. We can affix Non-profit, presorted standard, presorted first class, and first class stamps all by machine. Contact us for more information.
Bursting/Decollating
Many statement type mailers are printed on continuous feed forms. Often these forms need to be separated into the individual pieces (bursting), and it may be that one or two pages have to be separated from the other parts. NEPS has automatic bursting and decollating capabilities. Contact us for more information.

Tabbing
The Post Office allows mailers to prepare the mail in specific ways to obtain major postage discounts. One of the requirements for getting these discounts is that all self-mailers (no envelope) must be sealed shut. At NEPS we have high speed tabbing equipment to close your self-mailers. Our standard tab (wafer) is a clear plastic pre-perforated seal. We use these particular tabs so that we never cover up any print, and the flyer will not tear when opened by the recipient. Polybagging
You may have spent a lot of money to design and print a beautiful piece of mail. It is something that is going to pull your customer in. The last thing you want to do is put it in an envelope. NEPS has your solution; polybagging. We use only US Post Office approved polyethylene, and we form the bag around your piece. Contact us for more information.
Fulfillment
When you have materials that are going to be shipped out in small quantities over a long period of time, or literature packets that need assembly and shipping, then NEPS can assist you with those projects. We will store that materials and custom assemble the packages as needed. Once assembled we can ship them on a piece by piece basis, or bulk ship them back to your facility for you to distribute.
Other ServicesYou may have a special promotion that does not quite fit into the mold of a “typical” mailing. In our handwork area we can assemble and package a wide variety of materials.
